I think we enjoyed our last park visit for the year! Kiley loved the slide!

Boogio's

Back in September my parents and Katy came out for the weekend, we tooled K out to Boogio's (orchard/pumpkin patch) for a short little visit. Kiley hadn't napped- so she was a little crabby and did not want to do much there- but it was still fun !

Tub time!

After a short weekend trip to Iowa- I got back just in time to give K her bath Sunday night! Even though it was only about 36 hours away from her- I missed her like crazy!

 We started out visiting Tami! Tami spoiled her with some Halloween cupcakes! Yum!

then we visited Hailee! 

Hailee spoiled Kiley with a whole bucket full of goodies!!

 

After stopping at Tami and Hailee's houses, we met Daddy at Hy-Vee and trick or treated in the store!  We made a few more stops at friends houses (again Kiley got spoiled by them all!)  And then made our way to Utica to Chad, Mary and Lydia's house.  Kiley and I trick or treated at a few houses in their neighborhood, and she loved it!  She would walk up to the door and say "trick or treat" "happy halloween" and "thank you!"  We ended the night back at Chad, Mary and Lydia's.  The girls had so much fun playing together!

ISU vs KSU football game in Ames

A few weekends ago Kiley and I headed back to Des Moines for a short weekend trip.  We headed up to Ames with all of my sisters and parents (Uncle John was already up there with friends) and we attended the Iowa State- Kansas State football game.  For those of you who don't know, this is where our house is divided, we cheer for both teams but when it came down to it, we had to wear the ISU gear that day!

 Kiley had a meltdown when we saw Cy, she was a little scared, so Aunt Jenny and I posed for a pic!

I'm sure to most people it is a little odd wearing ISU and wanting a picture with Willie!

We had to do an outfit change after the game because it warmed up a lot!

It's been a while!

I have been slacking in the blog posts! Maybe because we got rid of the internet at home and my camera was broken and I finally have it back from being repaired!  Kiley is growing and learning like crazy, she is at such a fun age and picks up new things every single day!

Last night we were cleaning out some of Kiley's drawers and found her pacifiers!

Haha at first she didn't know what to do with them, it's been a long time since she has used them!  So I put one in and showed her how she used to use them...so she had to show me that she could do it herself! Haha-it is so weird to see her with a pacifier in her mouth-definitely glad we said goodbye to those when she turned 1!
